Chairman’s Choice is a perfect blend of 75% European sherry casks matured whisky and 25% ex-bourbon casks matured whisky.
It follows a tradition whereby the chairman of the company would select his best casks to serve to his family on Christmas Day. The tradition continues and a small amount is released globally on this day each year.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Amber
Aroma: Light smoky, herbal grass notes with hints of plum aroma.
Taste: Bursting with the flavor of fresh apple and floral notes, then more towards woody with tannins. Caramel sweetness dominates the taste.
Aftertaste: Long and elegant, slowly shifts into citrus peel, almond characters.
