Off The Hoof is the worlds first and only Scrapple Flavored Vodka. Long a favorite breakfast meat in the mid-atlantic region, now you can have your scrapple any time in your favorate cocktials. We distill this corn based vodka in very small batches of no more than 60 gallons at a time and each batch starts with 10 pounds of real scrapple in the still. To that we add fresh sage, cracked balck pepper, apples, and a few more secret spices to bring a strong savory flavor with just a touch of meaty goodness to each sip. Born for Bloody Marys, it is also right at home in screwdrivers (Scrappledrivers?) and Salty Dogs (we call them Salty Hogs) or anywhere where you want to add a savory touch to a cocktail. This is the real deal, not vegan or kosher!
