Description
We start with corn grown on our 6th generation family farm. After fermentaion, the spirit is placed into a pot still with a 20 plate column. The spirit is further distilled in this column/pot still until it achieves 190 proof to make a very clean spirit. After distillation the spirit is filtered through an activated carbon bed, putting the final polish on an already clean and smooth spirit. After charcoal filtering the spirit is cut to bottling proof (80 proof). Delicious alone or with your favorite mixer.

We are 6th generation farmers diversifying our family business by turning our crops into spirits. Following a 2.5 year extensive renovation, we turned a historic theater into the largest craft distillery in Illinois. We use corn from our family farm to produce premium vodka and dynamic rye whiskey. Our gin is juniper forward, with a balanced botanical finish. Our tasting room overlooks a 10,000 square foot production floor where guests can view the product being made from start to finish. Bourbon is resting in new, oak casks just across the alley in our 20,000 square foot new construction Rickhouse. Our spirits can also be found in over 60 locations across Illinois with new locations added every day.
