High in the Andes of South America Quinoa is celebrated as MURU QURI (the golden grain in the ancient language of Quechua) a gift from Pachamama(Mother Earth). We have taken the gifts of Pachamama; Quinoa and Wheat and have Handcrafted them into the World's finest Vodka.
Working directly with farmers in the Cajamarca and Puno regions of Peru, we assure only the highest quality grains are used and fair pay for the farmers. Quri Vodka is produced entirely grain to glass in our small distillery in Peru. Where we us 5 different types of yeast during fermentation to produce a more robust flavore profile, then Slow-distill 3 times in Micro-Batches of 180Liters(45gals). We take the greatest care in Handcrafting Quri Vodka to honor Pachamama, whom gave life to all living things. It is our mission and duty to use the gifts of the earth to create products that are produced of the Highest Quality in a Socially and Environmentally responsible way. 5% of the profits of every bottle sold will go to helping educate the children of Pachamama in the Andean Mountains.

About this company
We are a small Distillery in Peru founded by an American and his Peruvian wife. We have created an award winning Quinoa and Wheat based Vodka. We work directly with farmers in the Puno and Cajamarca regions of Peru, located high in the Andes. Buying directly from farmers we ensure them a fair pay and the highest quality grains for our product. We are entirely grain to glass in our small distillery in Lima where we hand grind the grains, mash, ferment and distill 3 times. We ferment using 5 different yeasts to give our vodka a more robust profile. We use 7 times filtered water from the andes. We filter our vodka through activated carbon over three days drip by drip to ensure the smoothest vodka not only in the Andes but the smoothest most unique flavor Vodka in the World.
