ADIATE Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo-based luxury spirits company. Our mission is to translate Japanese cultural assets – sake brewing, water, craftsmanship – into spirits that compete in the global luxury market. We created SAKE VODKA, a new category of Japanese vodka made from sake or from sake rice (rice grown specifically for sake brewing, not table rice). Our products are distilled in Toyama Prefecture, a region known for its ultra-soft water and long sake-brewing tradition. Our brands: TOMIKI Vodka – a luxury vodka distilled from junmai daiginjo sake brewed in Toyama. Remarkably round on the palate with a rich, fragrant nose. Gold medal, IWSC 2026. HASHIRA Vodka – an ultra-premium vodka made from 100% Yamada Nishiki, the most prized sake rice in Japan, and finished with Toyama’s ultra-soft water. In Japan, our vodkas are served at luxury hotel bars and sold in airport duty-free. We have been operating for over ten years and handle planning, wholesale, import and export of spirits.
