The Rise of Dia Noche - An award winning naturally infused 100% Triple Distilled Agave Spirit.
Hidden within the vast rich land of the Karoo are sprawling Agave fields where the Blue Agave plants (the natural source of the infamous Mexican drink of choice) are growing in abundance. There is much speculation on how these Blue Agave plants from Mexico found their way into the Karoo.
Nonetheless, the plants have thrived and paved the way for a uniquely South African Agave Spirit. From this African soil, Dia Noche was born. Dia Noche roasts our agave using lava rocks from the Schoenspruit dolomite system in a traditional brick oven called a horno, which offers our spirit its unique smokey flavour. The agave is then milled using a giant grinding wheel called a tahona then Traditionally fermented to perfection. Dia Noche is finally triple distilled in a copper still and aged to give you a smooth agave spirit bursting with richness and complexity that demands your attention.
Dia Noche has perfected the blend of 100% Tripled Distilled Blue Agave Spirit inspired with unique flavour profiles such as natural LemonMint, GingerBread and Honey, to create the ultimate African Mix. We also offer a Gold Reposado with a unique Mezcal Smokiness.
