A DIFFERENT TEQUILA APPROACH!       

Tequila Tristan Single Barrel Edition is made of 100% Blue Agave Weber.  Our Barrels are used standard Bourbon Barrels of 200 liters capacity.          Tequila Tristan’s 7 year old Single Barrel was aged in white American oak barrel nº 888, stored in a semi-open barn next to the town Tequila. The barrel was exposed to different temperature and climate changes nevertheless preserving the typical agave flavours during the years.  The intensity of agave flavours in tequila depends on the maturity of the agave plant used. It’s very important to choose agave plants matured        for at least 8 years in order to obtain a satisfactory result. Aging for 7 years in a wooden barrel has given the Tequila a nice Bouquet of aromas. Primary aromas like raw and cooked agave and secondary aromas combining from the fermentation and double distillation process were in touch with oak forming a smooth and long lasting after taste. This Exclusive Edition will come in a semi-artisan 750ml bottle packed in a wooden case.
