Concerned about our environmental impact, we naturally committed to an HVE 3 certification and realized a cellar in line with our commitments: renewable energy, eco-designed building. The vineyard is also monitored and managed in this spirit of balance and respect: organic amendment, grassed strip every other row, maintenance and preservation of biodiversity, installation of beehives. Our goal: to produce unique wines while minimizing as best as possible our impact on our environment. On spirits side, it is tradition that is required. The vineyard is located on the Tenarèze appellation, our terroir gives strength and character to our waters of life. This is the Ugni blanc, the distillation grape par excellence that we have chosen to work with. It offers delicate aromas and a velvety and round structure. Distillation is carried out in the purest tradition in a gascon still heated with wood and aging is done in French oak barrels in our cellar. It is with time that our Armagnacs reveal their singularity and aromas.
