Based in beautiful Sydney Australia we are a boutique distillery with an artisan approach to production. Our spirits collections are handcrafted, small batch distilled and non chill filtered. They are not only distilled by following the ancient methods, but also adding new twists to create their own identity, flavour, character and distinctions. Spirits are only as good as the water and the ingredients that go in. Our spirits are distilled in Australia with highest quality natural ingredients sourced locally together with Southern Highland spring water near Sydney.
RICH & LYNN BAIJIU
Ancient Chinese spirits, handcrafted in Australia from natural ingredients. Our Baijiu is not only distilled by following the ancient methods, but also adding new twists to create its own identify, flavour, character and distinction. Our fine baijiu is produced with the mind of celebrating important occasions and things in our lives. In order to make the memory long lasting, only the premium ingredients produced in Australia are used together with Southern Highland spring water near Sydney to create its distinctive flavors.
Product Information: The highest quality single malt and sorghum produced in Australia are carefully mashed with southern highlands spring water near Sydney. Co-fermented and distilled in pot still to create our fine baijiu. Alcohol: 52% / 500ML
Tasting Notes: The alcohol is warm and harmoniously balanced between grainy, sweet complex malt aromas and sweet floral, dried herb, spice and delicate fungal aromas, all of which bring out a long lasting elegant flavor in the unique Australian style.
RICH & LYNN DRY GIN
Hand crafted dry gin, vapour distilled with traditional varietals and unique Australian elements including the local botanicals and NSW cool climate wine. We are spirits lover. We start with producing Chinese baijiu, but we can’t stop there. So naturally the next spirit on our mind is gin, and we are glad to be able to introduce our hand crafted dry gin.
Product Information: Our handcrafted gin is distilled from Shiraz wine produced in cool climate and vapour infused through reflux column with Australian and traditional varietals. Rose & Lemon Myrtle dominate the palate. Alcohol: 52% / 500ML
RICH & LYNN RUM
Sugar cane juice sourced from Northern NSW & QLD is used to produce our rum, which brings you spice, tropical and warm and light sweet flavors. Australia has long history of growing and harvesting sugarcane, especially in Northern NSW and QLD sugarcane farm is often part of the landscape, which provides us with the finest material for producing our rum.
Product Information: Our handcrafted rum is distilled from sugarcane juice and molasses produced from Northern NSW and QLD. Our rum will bring your pleasant warm tropical flavour with light sweetness. Alcohol: 45% / 500ML

It is super exciting that the ancient Chinese spirits Baijiu - the world’s most consumed spirits are now distilled in Australia. This idea was conceived in 2016. Driven by a love of baijiu and fascinated with the idea of “Eastern spirits made in Western”, we set out to explore and finally were able to turn this dream to reality in 2020.
A baijiu is only as good as the water and the ingredients that go in, so our Baijiu only uses natural ingredients sourced locally together with Sydney Southern Highland spring water to ensure its freshness and purity. Our Baijiu is not only distilled by following the ancient methods, but also adding new twists to create its own identity, flavour, character and distinction. As a spirits lover, we cant stop there and naturally add gin and rum into our collection. By sticking to our principle, there are made from natural ingredients together with spring water. You will find their uniqueness of being distilled in Australia from them.
