Infused with locally sourced wild berries, Catalyst: Pink Rum offers a contemporary take on a very traditional spirit. A harmonious flavour profile combining zingy wild berries with bold notes of molasses & vanilla. Each bottle is maceracted in around 250g of raspberries to create an incredible pink hue.
Nose:
Subtle notes of raspberry accompany a traditional mollases forward body.
Palate:
Iniital flavours of molasses, cocoa & vanilla make way for a unique infusion of wild berries.
Finish:
A clean & fresh finish with a subtle sweetness.
