Made from the finest organic sugarcane molasses Catalyst: Dark rum is slowely distilled in tradtional copper pot stills & matured in Tennessee Bourbon oak barrels before being blended with a secret blend of herbs & spices.
Nose:
Traditional scent with hints of ginger & vanilla.
Palate:
The bitterness of the molasses is calmed with creamy notes of caramel & an afterburn of mixed spices.
Finish:
A gentle burn with lingering cocoa.
