All of Siponey's cocktails are made with 4-year old aged NYS rye whiskey, local wildflower honey, and real, fresh juice not from concentrate. Siponey is made with utmost care with sustainable production practices. A portion of profits are also donated to environmental activists, such as urban beekeepers. - We use a 4-year old New York State rye whiskey made from locally sourced grains.
- Infused with locally-made cold brew coffee.
- Our wildflower honey is sourced from farms in Saratoga Springs, New York.
- Lemons don't typically grow in New York, but our supplier is based there to minimize our shipping footprint. We use real lemon juice, not from concentrate.
- We fine-tuned our bubbles to give just the right pop for every cocktail.

Siponey is a family-owned company created by cocktail expert Amanda Victoria and horticulturist Joseph Mintz.
