Our founders believe that canned cocktails should and could be better. Most other industries were embracing transparency and authentic, real ingredients. However, the majority of the canned cocktail industry has not. Could you honestly tell us all the ingredients in the can you are drinking? We wanted to be more than just “natural flavoring” in a can.
Having a mild obsession with agave spirits we saw a need for a cocktail using only 100% blue agave spirit, real fruit juice, pinch of sea salt, and carbonated water. That’s it. Most of the best cocktails we have tried were down in Mexico on past business trips. Fresh fruit juice and agave spirits are a match made in heaven in our eyes. After all, real ingredients make honest cocktails.
So we did the only thing that made sense. We created and sampled many cocktail variations until we go it right. An idea born in New Hampshire and inspired by tequila cocktails created Buena Gave.
