We are the first and only Irish, premium range of Ready-to-Serve Cocktails. We combine premium Irish Spirits and a range of all natural flavours, to deliver the perfect cocktail as it should be - with flair, intensity and depth of flavour. Presented in uniquely designed art deco gold glass bottles - Darling Cocktails recreates the authentic cocktail experience. Using our own recipes with a twist on the classics, we have an initial range of three cocktails: The PERFECT APPLE POITINI - The first Irish Poteen Ready-to-Mix cocktail, echoes the illicit undertones of the secret cocktail clubs of the 1920’s! For hundreds of years, distilled from potatoes, in the wilds of Ireland, the Irish Poteen was Ireland’s secret spirit…spoken about in whispers…a bottle would be smuggled in for special get-togethers...and would be spoken about long after the party had ended! Reviving the Irish Poteen for our new cocktail range. Tasting Notes: The first Irish Poteen Ready to Mix cocktail - pale green in colour, with the taste of fresh green apples and a kick of sour. THE PERFECT COSMOPOLITAN - The iconic Cosmopolitan, most associated with sophisticated New Yorkers sipping cocktails over Girlie get-togethers…now enjoyed everywhere! Tasting Notes: Vodka based pale pink in colour with a great orange burst and the classic hint of cranberries and citrus. THE PERFECT SINGAPORE SLING - Rumour has it these Gin Slings were originally developed by Raffles Hotel Singapore sometime before 1915. Darling Cocktails bringing the old into the new! Tasting Notes: Gin based - deep pink with classic cherry and citrus flavours, with a whiff of amaretto. ***Darling Cocktails’ deliver up to 3 times the volume i.e. 20+ professionally tasting cocktails, from every 70cl bottle. Poured over ice for a single serve, or in a pitcher when catering to larger numbers, one part cocktail is topped up with two parts soda/tonic or prosecco – allowing the consumer to control the alcohol level and final flavour.
