SOFI Trading has launched SOFI Spritz, an all-natural take on the classic Veneto Spritz from Italy. Bitter-sweet, SOFI is made from premium riesling grapes, blood orange and bitters. Launched over summer 2013/14 in Sydney, Australia, to a fantastic market reception, we are currently expanding nationally and exploring export markets.
