RHS Pineapple Spirit Recipe was developed in Hawaii by Uncle Karl.
This liquor/spirit recipe is so unique, because it is very simple. Based on Formulas of making Famous European Slivovitz (Plum Spirit), Uncle Karl took fresh juices from Hawaiian pineapples, fermented it into pineapple wine with adding just the right amount of real cane sugar. After fermentation the fresh pineapple wine is very slowly distilled over a 3 plate custoized column still. By adding a little of the cane sugar to the pineapple juice, Uncle Karl not only took away the natural harshness of pineapple wine, but added smoothness and lightness to the final Hawaii Pineapple Spirit .
Best Use:As Is, Chilled, Over Rocks, with mineral water,club sodas, soft drinks, mixed with fruit juices, in many glorious cocktails or aged in oak barrel as brandy.
