Our Mezcal is produced in an artisanal manner in small batches with yearly production of only 10,000 liters per year. Our suggested presentation comes in cases with three 200 ml bottles each.

Mezcal PWB is a 50 degrees Ultra Premium quality agave destilalte from the espadin species (agave angustifolia).

Our Mezcal was granted the Ultra Premium Category for the first time ever by the COMERCAM- Mexican Regulatory Agency, and our Mezcal Master is also recognized and registered as a Mezcal Cultural Treasure by such entity.

Mezcal PWB delivers the natural flavors of nature; mature agave hearts cooked in an artisanal manner with mequite woods in natural underground ovens, fermented in wood tubs, and destilated in copper still heated with mequite woods.

Our rectification process is personal and unique, as we strictly choose quality over quantity. From a 50 kg 10-12 year old agave plant, we produce only 4 liters or less of Mezcal.

The result, a 100% pure, exceptional, full body agave destillate, produced in a strictly artisanal manner as categorised and validated as such by the COMERCAM. No other mezcal may surpass our quality.
