In mid-fermentation the residual natural sugar is preserved in the rice by adding clear sticky rice liquor. When to drink with what: In Eastern cultures spirits are a common accompaniment to a social meal. Try our recommendations: A perfect accompaniment to red meats and strong cheeses. Matches well with dishes containing nuts. A fine digestif. Note: In order to retain their full character and taste, Son Tinh liquors are not chill-filtered. At low temperatures or with the addition of water a slight haze may occasionally arise. Long maturing might also result in a certain residue at the bottom of the bottle.
