Description
Cellos are typically pretty sweet, almost syrupy. I took my original recipe which was quite sweet, and removed about 2/3 of the sugar content. That's the 'less sweet' part. With the reduced sugar content, each 750ml bottle only contains 65g of added cane sugar. If a sweeter cello is what you desire, you can always add sweet in the form of a simple syrup, but once it's in you can't take it out. We scrub and zest fresh oranges - by hand. Our batches are truly 'small batch', being 18 cases each.

Drop Shop is a truly small-batch craft distillery, established in March 2016 by Bryan and Bri Toedtli, husband and wife. Our current lineup of cello's and liqueurs are customer favorites with higher proof and lower sugar content. We like to say, "A little more heat, with a lot less sweet!"
