Description

Based on a 200 year old historic recipe, Cherry Bounce is a liqueur unlike any other on the market today. Notes of fresh cherry pie give way to the heady caramel, brown sugar and maple flavors of classic Noyaux. The bright red liquor and fresh-picked cherry taste of newly bottled batches in December will slowly mellow over time to a lovely deep amber and develop complex raisin, sherry and tobacco flavors as the product continues to age. Each year's production is entirely made in a single 24-hour period during July and bottling starts in November. Montmorency cherries from Eastern Washington are processed into liquor within 12 hours of picking, in an old-fashioned, handmade process that yields an incredibly unique, ridiculously delicious 50-70 proof product. The liqueur is aged for six months before bottling, slowly and gently extracting flavors and colors while mellowing into a smooth, light, infinitely drinkable liqueur.
