Description
We are Amaro Cinpatrazzo --an award-winning, small batch Amaro made in Chicago. It is respective of the style of amari in Southern Italy - traditionally herbal and vegetal - it has a balanced flavor profile - front, back and middle of the mouth flavors followed by a soft bitter finish. We use fresh, hydroponically grown arugula, sage and mint along with other dried botanicals (primarily organic), hazelnut, vanilla bean, coffee bean and Seville orange peel. We use honey in our simple syrup. There are a total of nineteen ingredients used in its production. We do not use any processed sugar, artificial sweeteners or caramel coloring. The mouth feel is clean and light, with a smooth, long finish. The flavors are well blended yet distinct; the bitters are soft and the honey simple syrup is not cloying.
