A modern take on American-style gin. Fresh citrus, familiar juniper and an elegant floral finish create an elevated, highly drinkable gin. Distilled from grapes, bottled at 40% ABV.
Tasting Notes: Bright, juicy and fresh. Certainly not your typical London Dry. Citrus forward thanks to grapefruit, Valencia orange, and kaffir lime leaf. Just enough familiar pineyness. Elegant floral finish from rosehip and raspberry leaf. Coriander gives depth, complexity and fresh mint adds a nice grassy bright
