Description
We start by producing a high-proof neutral spirit from local grains. This is blended with other sourced neutral grain spirits to create our target base spirit “vodka”. We redistill this base spirit in our hybrid artisan still after loading the vapor basket with juniper, coriander, cubeb, orris, licorice, citrus peel, cassia & lavender.
Yolo County Craft Gin is a medium-dry gin-lover’s gin that is both familiar in citrusy juniper and coriander, but also expresses interesting herbal and floral notes. This is a smooth and flavorful martini gin that also works well in cocktails.
A silver medal winner in the 2020 San Francisco Spirits Competition.
