Alaskans settle for nothing less than the best small-batch spirits. Inspired by the epic scenery of our land, we strive to create spirits worthy of the most discerning adventurer.
Aurora Gin: We distill our gin from barley grown in alaska’s rugged interior, not far from denali’s snowy peak. The far north’s midnight sun and the rich soil along the tanana and delta rivers nourish these grains, giving them their characteristic alaskan flavor. We finish it with glacier fresh water and botanicals inspired by the colors of the aurora borealis.
Botanicals: Juniper, cardamom, coriander, lemon & orange.
Alaska grown: Distilled from barley grown in delta junction, alaska.
Tasting notes: Smooth & malty, resinous juniper, balanced citrus with hints of baking spice.
Favorite pairings: Cucumber, blackberry, basil, ginger, apple, grapefruit, lemongrass, rosemary, spruce tip, honey, star anise, dill pickle brine, tomato.
