Situated in the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom, Deep South Distillery uses the natural biodiversity to produce award winning small batch spirits which are making a big splash internationally. Our botanicalls ( locally know as Fynbos) are harvested in a responsible and sustainable manner and are used to produce flavors which cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
