Description
Gin 1535 is named for the year that the city of Lima Peru was founded. This gin is a mix of 14 ingredients, almost all of which are from Peru. The gis is very fragrant of citrus and an herb called chincho. The taste is fruity, herbal, sweet, and fresh. The finish is sweet, with a bit of spicyness, and a smooth texture. This gin was formulated to be able to enjoy neat, or over ice, as you would enjoy a fine tequila or pisco, while also being a great addition to any classic gin cocktail. We have just released the gin in Peru, and have already won medals in respected international competitions.
Our beautiful and unique bottle was designed by us, fully embossed with a texture replicating an Incan wall, still standing in Sacsay Woman, Cuzco. Every detail of Gin 1535 is intentional and unique.

About this company
We are a new distillery in Lima Peru. We make gin and whiskey. We use almost exclusively Peruvian sourced ingredients to create truly unique products. Our whiskey is currently aging, but in the meantime, we have recently released our gin “1535”. This is an unfiltered gin full of texture and exotic flavor. We also have released a moonshine, which is our whiskey, but unaged. It’s a classic bourbon style recipe, because our master distiller is an American with a history in the bourbon industry. Our brand is a pickaxe, in order to honor the workers and hard work done in constructing Peru. From the Incas building monuments, to the miners of the modern era. We want to share the stories and flavors of Peru with the world. We are Lima distillery company, ambassadors for Peru.
