AIKI GIN inspired by tradition, distilled, blended and specially crafted by artisanal methods upon the mountains of Niigata, Japan.

Our Smooth Gin which was launched in 2019 had won " Silver" at the London Spirits competition , which defined a truly amazing taste with the group of judges. Okinawa Flavour in which most of the botanicals are being supported by the local farmers in Okinawa, " we always feel supporting the farmers in Japan is a good thing, this gives them a good felling that their hard earned work is going to international markets.

Created with true Japanese botanicals each distilled individually in a vacuum, then blended togehter formulating the unique and exceptional purity of flavours.

Aiki Smooth:

Made from the true roots of Japanese Botanicals. Angelica, coriander seeds, yuzu, orange peel, lemon peel, japanese papper and black pepper.

Aiki Okinawa:

Made from fresh Okinawa Botanicals creating a unique aroma of flavours. Lemon peel, angelica, black pepper, yuzu, goya, orange peel, japanese pepper, okinawa long pepper, coriander seeds and shikwasa.
