VII HILLS pay homage to Italy in all its essence, using materials and botanicals sourced from Italian territory, now presented in a beautiful, custom-designed bottle which has MADE IN ITALY embossed on the sides and is verified using Blockchain technology. 

We want to offer an authentic Italian experience, delivering an authentic taste of Italy with each bottle of VII HILLS ITALIAN DRY GIN. Inspired by Ancient Roman culinary and cultural traditions, VII HILLS ITALIAN DRY GIN is an aromatic and fruity juniper spirit, which gives life to versatile liquid full of history and traditions.

Based on seven botanicals that refer to the huge biodiversity of the Italian territory, our botanicals represent the Aperitivo culture- the delicate balance between bitter and sweet that get the juices flowing and start an evening of conviviality.  Grounded by bitter and earthy flavours of artichokes, Juniper and Roman Chamomile to a floral and sweet finish of Pomegranate, Blood Orange, Rosehip, then balanced by the freshness of Celery, this gin is perfect for a gin and tonic, or to complete the Italian trio of ingredients for the perfect Negroni.
