Dublin City Gin is an Irish handcrafted dry gin with carefully selected core Botanicals. We prepare the recipe, which includes Organic Rhubarb grown along the Grand Canal in Dublin itself, by hand. Irish Milk Spirit provides the ideal base for our cherished recipe giving a delightful extra silky finish we love. To our great delight, it has been acclaimed for quality and taste as an award-winning gin both at home and abroad with over 25 accolades to its credit. A genuine full character gin and a little cheeky too!
Tasting notes
- Nose: Juniper forward with delicate notes of citrus and lovely hints of ripe rhubarb.
- Taste: A subtle yet robust silky mouth-feel, led by juniper and a fine combination of zesty citrus and rhubarb.
- Finish: Broad on the palate for a long finish, with tart yet wonderfully warm spicy appeal, courtesy of green cardamoms.
