Description
Our seaweed gin is made using seaweed (dulse) harvested from the Grand Banks. Slightly salty, full of juniper, it is remniscent to being in an ocean mist, next to a herb garden and is the savoury (flavour wise rather than herb wise) companion to our cloudberry gin.
This gin was awarded a silver medal at the 2018 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition.

About this company
Founded in 2016 we are the first full distillery in Newfoundland and Labrador making a range of award winning craft spirits using local ingredients. Our Seaweed Gin uses seaweed from the Grand Banks and our Cloudberry Gin uses local handpicked cloudberries and both use local juniper and savoury from Newfoundland. Our aim is to make unique, distinctive and very fine spirits.
