Description
Free your tastebuds with this delightfully unusual Bloody Merry Gin. Using a whizzy vapour infusion method we have distilled the subtle flavours of fresh celery, cherry tomato, and Tasmanian pepperberry to craft a gin that is bright and light, revealing a delicate garden fresh aroma.
This spirit is the Gin made for Red Snappers or Bloody Mary’s. And refreshing with tonic and a wedge of lime too. It is a contemporary style savoury gin, lots of juniper on the front, followed by garden freshness of the celery, some acidity from the tomato and some herbaceous white pepper on the back palate.
We distill in small batches using fresh celery, cherry tomato and Tasmanian pepperberry leaf.

About this company
We are a craft distillery based in Sydney, Australia. We are devoted to refreshing libations that provoke the taste buds and propel forward the craft of gin.
Wildspirit was founded in 2019 by our distiller James who has a long lasting passion for craft gin. He belongs to a family that has a long history & connection with hospitality, including pubs, hotels, bars and more recently the Dad & Daves craft brewery in Brookvale, NSW. James started making his own gin infusions a few years ago. In 2019 he has left behind a career in technology to persue fulltime his dream of creating gin that the average person can taste – even through tonic!
Wildspirit Bloody Merry Gin is specially crafted for Red Snappers or Bloody Mary’s. Refreshingly delicious with tonic and a wedge of lime too. It is a contemporary style savoury gin, lots of juniper on the front, followed by garden freshness of the celery, some acidity from the tomato and some herbaceous white pepper on the back palate. We distill in small batches using fresh celery, cherry tomato and Tasmanian pepperberry leaf.
