Mershon's Artisan Cider(6.5%)
Our original hard cider made with only fresh pressed apple juice and honey,
free from any concentrates, preservatives, or added flavors. This unfiltered cider has a natural subtle sweetness, with a substantial alcohol content.
Mershon's Mystic Berry(5.5%)
Our original cider with added blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries at the end
of fermentation. It is a combination of four fruit flavors and honey, very refreshing!
Mershon's Snowed In Cinnamon(6.5%)
Our seasonal cider, which uses Mershon's Artisan Cider as a base to steep cinnamon sticks for a month or more to create a rich cinnamon flavor. Try it cold or ask for it to be warmed up, either way it is a great seasonal treat!
Mershon's Death Valley(10%)
Our Honey Apple Wine, which is the stronger and drier counterpart to our original cider.
Made with local wildflower honey and fresh pressed apple juice, this mead inspired wine
is not for the faint hearted.

About this company
We started producing our original hard cider in fall of 2014, sourcing apples and honey locally in Wisconsin. We have been building our brand in Wisconsin ever since, by adding other ciders and apple wines including draft cider. You can now find us at stores and restaurants all over the state, but we don't want to stop there. We are looking to form relationships to expand our distribution to other states, so that many more people can enjoy our ciders for years to come!
