We are a small boutique cider producer rooted in Ukraine, bubbling with a fresh ideas. With fascination for aesthetics and hedonism we have crafted a cider that provides pleasure for your mouth and eyes. It has been a long journey of research, experiments and passionate work. YSLA Craft Cider is the perfect blend of updated millenary winemaking traditions and some apple varieties that balance tannins, acidity and sugar to complement our yeast’s own characteristics.
We are useing apples lovingly grown in our own 100 hectare orchard located in the most environmentally clean area of Ukraine called Vinnytschyna.
YSLA is produced entirely with natural ingredients, best possible wine practices and modern equipment that helps to avoid oxidation. This provides perfectly controlled fermentation conditions and allows aseptic bottle filling conditions. We can proudly label our cider as craft made with no sulfites, no refined sugar added and gluten free.
