About this company
Siidrikoda (Cider-house) is an independent cider-maker based in Southern Estonia. We use local apples sourced from our own orchards, planted in 2006. This enables us to work with the best quality fruit possible. We believe that Estonian craft cider achieves its greatest complexity and expression due to the unique Nordic climate and apple varieties grown in the region. We only use cultivars best suited for quality cider making. We currently produce three different kind of ciders -dry, semi-dry and flavoured – all passionately crafted into fine, complex ciders. We believe that our ciders should reflect the year in which the fruit was grown and so we only produce vintage ciders.
