Description
A classis west-coast ipa with a piney, hop-forward character, a medium body, and a bright, slightly fruity finish.
Malt: Mashed with pilsner and pale malts that give the beer a crisp and clean malt character which fades into the background and let''s the hops stand out!
Hops: The original west-coast ipa with piney and resiny hop-forward character from the most common and typical american hop varieties columbus, centennial, cascade.
Spices: To give the beer a punchy finish, we use a light sprinkling of quality phu quoc pepper.
Abv: 6,7% and Ibu: 68
