ORA Gioele

Brand Presentation

Our wildcard. This Brown Ale is made using the traditional recipe with an Italian twist. Made using English malts, we have enhanced the flavor with aroma hops developed in Northern Italy to give a unique caramel taste. We use chocolate malt to give a smokey and cocoa note. "The nose presents tiramisu with a combination of chocolate and coffee. The tiramisu continues on the palate with a cherry dark chocolate gateaux and a crisp finish" (Beer Baron Lincoln)

ORA Brewing company

In 2003 we started to brew in our garage in Modena, Italy, a friend of us provided the pot and we bought our first brewing machine. It was love at first sight. Over time we have learnt the importance of the ingredients: by changing the water and the malts we have substantially improved the quality of our beers. After a few years we fine tuned our concept behind brewing: redesigning simple and traditional recipes in the Italian way, to create a high quality, pleasant and popular beer. After 5 years of hard work we have developed three amazing recipes, Gioele (and Italian Ale), Hermes (a Pilsner), and Lupo (Pale Ale) which all our clients love. We distribute now in 2 countries in over 50 bars and restaurants, and aim at doubling our revenues over next year.
