Description
1. Sterren 7 premium quality Lager beer is also a mild category beer.
2. Sterren 7 is brewed with selected malted barley with more than 70%.
3. The mild fruity flavor from Sterren 7 beer comes through a different type of German-style yeast.
4. The golden yellow color of the beer comes from the malted barley and Millard reaction in the process.
5. The separation of extract and the spent grain is carried out traditionally by lauter tun so the polyphenols and flavonoids are preserved carefully.
6. Beer is normally judged with the head retention, in Sterren 7 the head retention as well as the lazing after emptying the glass will prove this.
7. The residual sugar in the final beer is very minimal to keep the beer more drinkable.
