CELIA is an organic, craft Czech lager with the benefit of being gluten-free. Winner of 2 gold beer awards, CELIA is the first beer in the world to be gluten-free and naturally carbonated to create a lighter experience.
Light to mid-gold with a deep sandy hue CELIA Organic has a distinctive Saaz hops floral aroma: earthy and spicy - perfect for food. Our local Moravian malt and protected single noble Saaz hops impart a delicate bitterness with a hint of citrus fruits and grass to give a clean, refreshing finish Open fermented using traditional batch brewing techniques to ensure all natural carbonation.
Traditionally batch brewed for 10 weeks CELIA is open fermented for 14 days to ensure only natural carbonation is needed and then we use our patented de-glutenisation technique to remove the gluten without impacting the taste.
