Lagabiere microbrewery has come a long way since the first beers were brewed in the family garage just outside of Montreal, QC! The brewery was born of an unconditional love for great beer, and since the brewery’s beginnings, the founding brothers Francis and Sebastien, have shared the passion of brewing exceptional quality craft beer. Their goal from the start has been to share the experience of savoring exceptional quality craft beer with others. Now a well-established Canadian microbrewery, celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2022. Our products have become some of the best-selling craft beers in Quebec, and are available at nearly 2000 retail outlets across the province. Our production capacity has always struggled to satisfy the demand in our home market. In November 2021, we moved into a brand new 19,000+ square foot facility with the capability of brewing up to 83,000 barrels, roughly 8 times our previous capability. This has finally given us the opportunity to consider venturing into other markets, while being more than capable of meeting the growing demand in our home market. Our New England-style IPA, Ta Meilleure, was the first of its kind in Quebec, has won many awards, and still accounts for 40% of our sales today. It remains one of Quebec’s Top 3 best-selling IPAs. Our products are very accessible and well priced, providing excellent value to the consumer, and our branding stands out in the crowded craft beer market. We have a complete portfolio of craft beer including a wide selection of permanently available core beers, as well as a varied assortment of small-batch, limited availability, and seasonal beers.
