Since 2012 we have been meeting every Wednesday with the fellowship to celebrate. One of our breezes was to create a beer that represented us, and in 2017, in the pots of a local brew pub, the first batch came out. The brothers strengthened the idea and, months later, Fumaçônica: a gypsy brewery, true and independent from Curitiba Brazil, was born. A gypsy brewer has no facility of his or her own. Instead, the brewer travels to a functioning brewing facility and pays for use of the space to produce their own beer. We translate our lifestyle into special beers, made by human hands. We currently produce seven recipes, among which two are partnerships with diferente local breweries. We use American hops making our beer very aromatic, referring to citrus and floral touches with high drinkability.
