WineFrolics is a market and brand developer for wine or spirits producers on the us market. We work closely with the producers export and marketing department on different actions such as : Analyze pricing positioning and competitors Analyze packaging and product image Establish a distribution strategy (Targets on premise / off premise) Choosing an importer, market (Priority States selection) Manage producer / Importer / distributors partnership Set importer / distributors sales objectives Analyze the distribution channels and make recommendations Create marketing tools and negotiating incentives for distributor sales reps Follow-up on sales objectives with Importers / distributors Monitor inventory needs between producers and distributors Provide on a regular base feedback to the producer regarding any business opportunity, sales objectives, performance Make proposals to improve sales volumes Train distributors team’s sales Communicate producer’s products, market needs, changes, new vintage releases, accolades, etc. Working with distributors sales reps on key targeted clients Train retailer’s team’s sales Coordinate and participate in trade events Prepare the Export manager visits Plan, budget, execute and promote custom events for the Brand. Optimize social media programs to leverage word-of-mouth, and drive consumer interest and trade support of your brand via Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.…
