This was the vision of Alfeo Martini, oenologist, pioneer, and founder of our first winery, MGM Mondo del vino. In 2013, Mondodelvino SpA became the holding company consisting of our wineries: MGM Mondo del Vino (Priocca, CN), Barone Montalto (Santa Ninfa, Sicily), Poderi dal Nespoli (Romagna), and Cuvage Metodo Classico (Acqui Terme, AL). Our wines begin their life in 4500 hectares of vineyards, expertly managed by respected agronomists who have a combined legacy that goes back centuries. In 2015, Mondodelvino SpA was awarded as The Best Italian Producer of the Year by AWC (International Wine Challenge of Vienna, Austria) and this is a result of a team that continuously demonstrates courage, dynamism, loyalty, transparency, and innovation. We distribute our wine to over 60 countries from some of the most prestigious wine areas of Italy: Piedmont, Tuscany, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Umbria, Puglia, Sicilia, and Abruzzo.
