Mezcal LAS TONAS: Produced by a Mexican family-owned company, built on the foundations of the long traditions of the Zapotec culture: they are what makes the mezcal sacred; they are part of our brand name and of our products. Our handcraft products are identified by charms of a coyote, a jaguar and a snake, offering young crystalline, aged and extra aged mezcal, from 100% Espadín agave. Our expert team in the artisanal techniques guarantee the high quality and authentic taste of our mezcal, manufactured in Mitla and in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca State, (Denomination of Origin), by two master mezcalero: Juan Hernández and Josafat Méndez -ancestral heirs. TONA, our brand name, according to the Zapotecs is the guardian animal that is present at the time of birth and that will protect each person throughout his entire cycle of life becoming part of his spirit, until the day he dies. With our brand name, we want to carry on the traditions of our ancestors and to share them, both in Mexico and in the rest of the world. We want to continue to celebrate with Mexico's oldest alcoholic beverage.
