PALMA GIN is the Island's first artisan organic gin that has been delicately handcrafted to capture the essence and spirit of Mallorca. The quality of this gin is evident and is a testament to the character of the botanicals used and the attention paid to the distilling process; allowing for an incredibly flavoursome and refreshing gin, with aromas that are rich and vibrant to both taste and smell.

Almond Flowers are foraged once a year in Spring, the only gin in the World to contain this Floral botanical, which gives a subtly sweet honey like flavour and pairs nicely with our local Lavander. Mallorcan Juniper Berries are also foraged once a year at the end of Autumn, and the Mallorcan climate accomadates us with fresh citrus fruit all year round. Some other unique botanicals used include Tomato Branches and Orange Leaves.
To create Palma Gin first Organic wheat spirit is macerated for 18-20 hours with the unique organic base botanicals; including the Mallorcan Juniper and fresh local citurus peel of orange, lime and lemon.
After maceration the distillation commences, vapours pass through an infusion basket containing the more delicate botanicals, including wild almond flowers, lavender, orange leaves, lime zest and tomato branches.
The combination results in a gin that really represents Mallorca for its zesty citrus, sweet floral and earthy flavours. Palma Gin is a light, fresh, delicate tasting gin, offering a true taste of the island.
BRANDING: The iconic branding of the bottles comes from traditional Mallorcan tiles known as ‘suelo hidraulico’. Inspiration was taken from a local family run company, who have been hand-making tiles on the island for over 80 years. Taking over 10 months to complete the intricate bottle design, the team decided on a specialised process to ink print organic paints straight onto the glass, resulting in a eco-friendly and recyclable product.
The company logo also humbly acknowledges the heritage of our magical city, taking inspiration from the West facing rose window in the enchanting La Seu Cathedral.
