We are the liaison between wine and spirits sellers - producers and wine and spirits buyers.
Our main goal as a wine and spirits broker is to help facilitate successful sales and contracts between wine / spirits producers, wholesale and retail sellers, and individual consumers. In most places, the wine industry is far more complex than simply making and selling wine. A lot of different parties are involved, including professional buyers, sales reps, and marketing agents, to name a few.
We make it easy to all of them to connect.
We draft and negotiate wine and spirits sales contracts. We are responsible for recommending wines and spirits. Within the wine making industry, we have several different roles.
Sometimes we deal exclusively in grapes, helping to negotiate deals between growers and vintners.
BULK WINE: Some deals pertain to bulk wine that is sold and repackaged under a different label.
ALREADY MADE WINE: We also deal with wine that is already made and bottled but needs to be sold and publicized.
TAILOR MADE WINE: We see the new wine and spirits industry like one offering tailor made wines and spirits to each client according to the market’s needs. For that we create the wines and the brands that will succeed on your market.
