The Fabre family - Famille Fabre - are passionate winemakers who have been perfecting their techniques and the foundations of their business for over fourteen generations. The family and their vineyards have grown since 1605, while remaining true to their land. They now owns five chateaux in the Languedoc region of France. Famille Fabre has great respect for the environment and for the integrity of their profession. They are committed to bringing out the best of their terroir through rigorous plot selection, and cultivation, together with the ageing and vinification techniques of the grapes.
Since 1605, Famille Fabre has been a winemaking family, producing organic wines from Languedoc, Minervois, Corbieres, Corbieres-Boutenac and IGP Pays d Oc. Oldest Languedoc wine producer, certified organic and NOP since 1991. Family owned and managed since 1605, Louis Fabre is today at the head of Famille Fabre and the 5 chateaux. He is joined by his twin daughters, Clemence and Jeanne, who will both take over in the coming years. Awarded Best Winemaker 2020, Guide Hachette.
