Over three centuries ago, on April 10, 1695, a foreigner from Brennero purchased the property Hochenhaus, today's Pretzhof, by such a Christian Prez. It was called Hanns Mayr and was the head of the family who still lives nine years later, managing the farm in Karl and Ulli Mair.
