We are 6th generation farmers diversifying our family business by turning our crops into spirits. Following a 2.5 year extensive renovation, we turned a historic theater into the largest craft distillery in Illinois. We use corn from our family farm to produce premium vodka and dynamic rye whiskey. Our gin is juniper forward, with a balanced botanical finish. Our tasting room overlooks a 10,000 square foot production floor where guests can view the product being made from start to finish. Bourbon is resting in new, oak casks just across the alley in our 20,000 square foot new construction Rickhouse. Our spirits can also be found in over 60 locations across Illinois with new locations added every day.
