Griffin intends to work with off-shore distilleries and distributors and produce bourbon products for them on a contract basis. This concept would function as a “rent-a-still” arrangement, allowing off-shore customers access to a still producing bourbon spirits of their own design for sale in their established markets under their own labels and brand names. In addition Griffin distillery will be designed to operate as a stand-alone distillery, seeking to make a profit by producing spirits for domestic markets.
