Mallorca Distillery is founded upon a determination to encompass the best of the island and express that in the look, feel and taste of it's products. Situated in the heart of Mallorca’s capital city, the urban distillery is the fIrst small craft distillery in Palma. With a bespoke 500 litre copper pot still, Mallorca Distillery produces award winning premium organic spirits, ensuring intricate care and attention during every distillation, with an unparalleled focus on quality. The distillery has a commitment to the island and its environment. Working with local farmers, ingredients are locally and ethically foraged throughout the year,  allowing for the natural flavours of the island to be represented in each bottle. These unique local organic botanicals capture the spirit of Mallorca, gifting a taste of this beautiful island in every bottle.

The iconic branding of the bottles comes from the traditional Mallorcan tiles known as 'Suelo Hidraulico'. Inspiration was taken from a local family run company, who have been hand-making tiles on the island for over 80 years. Taking over 10 months to complate the intricate bottle design, the team decided on a specialist process to ink print organic paints straight onto the glass, resulting in a eco-friendly and recyclable product. The company logo also humbly acknowledges the heritage of Palma, taking inspiration from the west facing rose window in the enchanting La Seu Cathedral.
